Description

This is thought to have 49 college pennants, there is Ohio in the first 2 types where no one has seen a type 3, mostly ex or better, known check list is attached.  They measurer about 2 7/16 by 3 7/8 inches.  The main difference from type 1 and 2 is the college pennants are a little larger, and no pole and double pointed end.
