Description

This is a cabinet card of the 1890's Jarvis Publishing Cabinet Cards of Washington, DC.   Mount Vernon. J. F. Jarvis was located at 135 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC and published sets of these cabinet cards in a number of formats. These are in the standard size of 4.5 x 6.5 inches and are on cream colored mounts identified with the J.F. Jarvis name and address. The back have been signed Comp's John Starrie.
